Business Traveler
Beautiful modern hotel, great bed. All rooms are king beds! They upgraded us to a Riverview room - very nice. Restaurant is a nice place for drinks and apps or for a great but pricey dinner.

Traveling as Couple
Nice place. Friendly staff. Free limo service into town was an unexpected plus. Extremely difficult to find for anyone new to Portland.

Business Traveler
This was an excellent choice for us as we needed to go to OHSU. We could park our car and go in the shuttle which helped immensely. The staff was very helpful in our transportation problems. The $20 valet parking is too high. Access via the Portland Streetcar line is possible but not advertised. The beautiful restaurant overlooking the river is locked up tight in the morning. Meanwhile, the breakfast items are placed in the hallways to minimize staff cleanup. You are supposed to eat in your room. Very trendy wannabe doesn't quite make it. ...read more

I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. My wife noticed there was mold in the grout of the tile floor in the shower. That is not a big deal to me and I can overlook this. The bathroom was spacious. Our room did overlook the river. Even though there were trees in front of our view we could still see lots of river. I love the running path along the river. ...read more

I needed a quiet place in an attractive location to rest after a few days of intensive work. The hotel was perfect for that. I would have liked a view of the river.

With a Portland map provided by the very-helpful front desk staff we had no difficulty navigating our way to and from this new area. But note: it's not downtown or even close. The rooms are beautifully decorated; ours had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the bike path and river.
